Forrest Bowman was born and raised in San Antonio. After graduating from Alamo Heights High School he left for college at Texas Tech University where he graduated with a B.S. in Hospitality and Institutional Management. After college he held different roles in Hospitality, Sales, Customer Service and Operations Management.
Carlos Longoria partnered with Mario Gonzalez in January 2011 to form Gonzalez Longoria Real Estate Advisors.
Prior to GLREA, Mr. Longoria was Vice President of Investor Relations for BRASS Funds, a commercial real estate investment firm based in San Antonio. While with the firm, Mr. Longoria was in charge of seeking equity capital for over 100 million dollars in real estate acquisitions and recapitalizations.
Liliana Rivera joined the GLREA team in 2013. She serves as our financial analyst and is responsible for underwriting acquisition and development projects. Liliana’s duties include preparation of investment offerings, financial feasibility studies, coordination during the due diligence process, market research and asset management.

Jim Ferrell began his path in real estate development as a custom builder in 2007. While in that role, he was awarded the coveted Summit Award from the Greater San Antonio Builder’s Association on multiple occasions for Design + Build accomplishments.
